As a BCRPA certified personal trainer and fitness instructor, Jan holds specialized certifications in Personal Training, Group Fitness, Weight Training, TRX and Older Adult Fitness.
Jan is a cyclist and avid trail runner with a love of the forest and all things nature, having completed 3 Ultra distance trail running events. She was also a triathlete and NCCP triathlon coach, competing in over 40 events, spanning distances from sprint to ironman.
